In memory of our great friend Bubba Sartwelle we are offering semen we have never sold before on a bull built like the Sartwelle cattle – THE COWMAN’S KIND. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Bubba Sartwelle Memorial Scholarship Fund managed by the Texas Jr. Brahman Association, c/o Jimmy & Beth Sartwelle.
Bubba lived and loved everything about the Brahman Breed, from the people to the cattle to the ABBA to the AJBA to all Brahman events of which he missed very few to the great Brahman F-1’s which he so much loved to produce, promote and market. Bubba loved to live and lived to love. We are going to miss him big time. I loved the way he would take the time to listen to any and everyone who took the time to look him up and ask him for advice. He loved helping people.
I appreciate all of his assistance, guidance and support in the establishment of The Brahman Foundation when he was the ABBA President. We had a lot of fun and made lots of good things happen for the Brahman Youth and breed. Bubba was very proud of his family, their cattle and their Brahman Leadership Legacy. He traveled to and attended more Brahman events than any other ABBA President that I have known. He definitely left this world better than he found it. May Bubba RIP and May God Bless His Family.
LMC Polled Will is an awesome herd sire that we sold our great friends, the Dave Onstot Family to produce New Blood for the Simbrah breed. After seeing his great calves and they no longer needing him, we bought him back and are anxiously awaiting our first set of Brahman calves out of him. He NEARS PERFECTION IN THE FLESH !!
He is sired by LMC Polled Future, a National Class Winner now co-owned with our ole buddy Steve Watson. His dam is a full sister to the LMC WFF Polled Maestro bull we sold Ricky Butler who did him a good job of raising keeper females and a couple of Champion Polled bulls. We are excited about Polled Will’s impact on our herd and look forward to whoever buys this semen getting some really good calves.
