Dottie has been an intriguing female from the day we first saw her. She is a square-made, correct heifer calf with a tremendous amount of potential and has been sweet to be around in the pasture. She excels in balance, style, muscle and soundness. She is one of the few Rajin Cajun’s we will be offering this year and is a good representative from this successful sire. The Cajun’s have been successful in and out of the ring with his first daughters producing the keeping kind that have sold well for us.
Rajin Cajun is a CNS Dream On grandson that was produced by our long time friends and partners, Josh Grahmann and 6G Ranch. His dam is a red and broody cow sired by the Triple Crown Winner LM Full House. Dottie’s dam is a PMS Second Coat daughter that is an easy keeper and one of the boss’ favorite cows. The Second Coat bull did us a tremendous job producing some functional cattle before being struck by lightning and leaving us too soon as his cattle are excellent. Both Cajun and 211 are moderate, functional individuals that can move and make the keeping kind. 211’s last calf sold to the Kelly Stretcher Family in a previous LMC GenePLUS Sale for a show steer and a previous 211 daughter sold to Sklar & Son in a MAS Sale.
Dottie is eligible for the La Muneca Junior Program, which sponsors the $15,000 MAS Showdown and Simbrah-Simmental Super Bowl, as well as hosts the $10,000 LMC Jackpot, LMC Futurity and LMC $ellabration. The LMC Futurity is composed of half of the ticket sales from the LMC Raffle which the LMC Jr. Show Team sells with the other half going back directly to them. We are proud to be offering this female as she represents some of our best stock and is loaded with positive traits.
Breeder gets two units of semen to breed her to from any of the available bulls in our world-renowned herd bull battery. A junior receives the same benefit until they graduate from high school. La Muneca reserves the right to one flush or half of two flushes with a guarantee of six embryos and two pregnancies with the work to be done by a certified embryologist.
