Ms. Polled Sandglass 4/1 (P) is a female that has been a favorite since birth. She is the growthiest heifer in the sale that is big boned, bold in her rib shape, heavy muscled, long, level, and feminine.  In addition to her superior phenotype, 4/1 is backed by some of the most proven genetics in the breed.  Her sire is Mr. V8 620/8 “Charlie” that was purchased in the B.R. Cutrer Online Bull Sale by Black Sheep Brahmans.  “Charlie” is sired by Mr. V8 135/7 “The Butler” and out of a former show heifer, proven donor with 39 progeny, and daughter of the National Champion and breed influencer +JDH Mr. Elmo Manso.  One of the most proven genetic crosses in the breed is +Mr. V8 380/6 & +JDH Mr. Elmo Manso.
The dam to 4/1 is ECC Polled Rio Queen 163/8(P) who was purchased from England Cattle Company.  163/8 is sired by the Australian Sire Bardia Ambassador who was recognized as the 2017 Sire of the Year in Australia and is the sire of ECC Polled Maverick 302/9 that is considered by many to be one of the top young polled sires in the breed.  The dam to 163/8 is D Bar Miss 816/1 who is the dam to the donor ECC Pistol Annie 510 (P), the many time show winner ECC Polled Cajun Queen 281/9 (P), and the show winner and $20,000 top seller ECC Polled Rose 591/1 (P).
