Cherry Red! VL Elena 5/13 has been a favorite of many who have visited the ranch and seen our 2015 spring calf crop. This young calf has lots of eye appeal, volume, and thickness. 5/13 sits sound on her feet and legs, and moves easily. Her dam, VL Elena 2/25 is sired by #JADL El Rey 110/5, the dark pigmented grey bull imported from Mexico, who has produced numerous champions in the show ring for V8 ranch, Heritage Cattle Company, and RB Ranch. This outstanding female was her first calf.
5/13 sire is VL Rojo Designer 2/75, a 1st year herd sire who was the 2014 Reserve Grand Champion Red Bull at the Blue Bonnet Kick Off Classic.
