ECC Polled Rio Queen 402/0 (P) is a February born halter broke show prospect!  There is a lot to appreciate about this outstanding heifer from a phenotypical, pedigree, and performance stand point.  402/0 is a moderate framed, deep bodied, and beefy polled heifer that can be an addition to any program.  In addition to her outstanding build she is sired by LMC Polled Sambo 45/0 who is considered by many to be one of the most proven polled bulls in the breed.  Sambo is credited with siring over 100 offspring to include ECC El Caporal 301, Mr. 4F Ice Man, and numerous other influential animals.  The dam to 302/0 combines 6 Register of Renowns or Maternal Performance Sires.  As a result of her outstanding personal performance and proven pedigree 302/0 ranks in the top 1/3 of the breed for WW, YW, Marbling, and Ribeye Area.

As a prospective buyer you should consider the value that 302/0 offers.  She certainly “debunks” the theory that POLLED cattle don’t have enough bone, volume and muscle as well as offers the hardest to obtain most economically relevant traits.  Although she is gentle and should make a nice show calf her true potential will be as a progressive breeding piece.  Consider the possibilities that ECC Rio Queen 402/0 could play in your program and be the last to hit the “Bid Button”.
