Gabby is bred very similar to our lead off heifer 3CC Gypsy. Gabby is the youngest female in the sale but has really started to bloom in her short time on feed. This solid black female is easy on the eyes. She is big bellied, sleek fronted, and monster hipped. You can’t truly appreciate this female until you step behind her. She has as much natural thickness as any female we have ever raised. With all that added power, she is still extremely sound in her build.
Gypsy is sired by our new herd bull 3CC-CTCF Mansfield who is a full sib to the two-time National Champion Percentage Simbrah Female exhibited by the Culpepper Family. He is sired by the LLSF Pays to Believe who was the Grand Champion Purebred Simmental Bull in Louisville in 2013 and has sired some of the most influential cattle in the simmental breed in recent years. Mansfield’s dam is the prolific RGV LMC Dr. Beauty.
Gabbys’s dam 3CC F006 represents some new blood in our herd. She is a half-blood female out of one of our simmental herdsires CMFM Explorer 79Y. He is a son of BMR Explorer and the 2009 NWSS Grand Champion Female, HPF MS PEP T27. Gabby’s mother is another brahman female we purchased from our good friends at Double A Ranch. Miss Double A 598/9 is sired by their Mr. V8 114/6 back on Miss Diamond A 28/8.
Gabby is eligible for the Simbrah-Simmental Superbowl.
