Grade 11 - HOGS - My name is Zoey Pruitt. I am a junior at Bremond High School. I have been showing pigs for 9 years. This year I raised a barrow to show at the Robertson County Fair. I called him Ott naming him after the breeder Ottenwalter that he came from. This year raising pigs has taught me to expect the unexpected to go with the flow and to not give up just keep giving it your all!I play volleyball (club & school) basketball and softball. Once practice is over my brother sister and myself go to the barn to work with our animals. We walk brush and condition their hair and skin every day. Every other day they are given a bath. Shavings are changed and pens cleaned at least once a week sometimes more often if needed. I am looking forward to the future and a promising senior show year!
