5D-55 is the last of the exposed heifers selling. She has MAMA cow written all over her and is being consigned by 6G, BETM and Victor, three long time Simbrah breeders, enthusiasts and great friends. When the history book is written on Simbrah, there will be a chapter for the Dream Girl family which started in the mid 80’s when Guerra Bros. bought an F-1 from our ole buddies Bob & Nina Lundgren sired by a 3X bull and the famous Big E’Nuff cow. We have seen a lot of people come and go since them plus the cattle themselves have changed so much. They are the best they have been as we as a breed have worked hard to make the cattle more functional, more moderate and more in line with what the Commercial Cowman needs and wants.
This heifer’s dam is a ¾ x ¼ out of a dark cherry red high performing Simmy that we bought from our good friend Dr. Tim Ishee from Mississippi who has a very high EPD and performance herd acclimated to the heat. Her dam was one of the prettiest, most angular and productive “Rob” daughters that we made from the ¼ x 3/4 herd we bred up from our Brahman herd. This heifer has a great old school pedigree with lots of performance cattle throughout.
She sells exposed to Lot 17 J7N LMC Adelante from May 11, 2018 to July 4, 2018. Buyer will receive two units of semen on any available 6G, BETM or LMC Simbrah sires to AI this heifer to. This includes many of Simbrah’s finest herd sires, bull test winners and major champions.
