This sale marks the first time that Tomlinson Farms has offered any genetics from their progressive operation that is run primarily by Mark & Colton. They are offering three female sexed embryos from their successful show heifer that was purchased from Moreno Ranches, Moreno Ms. Lady Karen 46/2 “Kiki”. This female started with a bang placing in the top of her class at the TJBA State Show and then was selected as the Calf Champion at the Bluebonnet Kick Off Classic by Judge Jim Williams. As you might expect Kiki continues to do big things for these boys due to her big bodied, stout structured and eye appealing look. Not only does she come with an awesome phenotype but a breed leading pedigree that encompasses the proven herd sire JDH Mr. Kabram Manso on a daughter by +JDH Impression Manso. The Tomlinson’s mated Kiki to Mr. V8 85/7 “Ocho Cinco” to produce these embryos. “Ocho Cinco” was shown successfully by V8 Ranch and then used by them to produce some of their high sellers in their sales. 85/7 is the result of two Register of Renown parents to include +JADL Rey TE who was imported from Mexico and used successfully around the world and a donor dam for V8 Ranch who after a successful show career produced a Reserve National Champion Female, 2 proven herd sires, and 56 other offspring. The Tomlinson’s have some of these embryo calves on the way. Outside of sharing their proven genetics they are teaching their boys the “business side of things” and we couldn’t be happier to assist these young men.
