Lot 3 - PCC New Polled Leslie 58/1 (P)

We hope by now that you realize the quality of animals that we are offering in this sale.  As you have read before we are offering our best!  The best heifer from the March 2021 group is PCC New Polled Leslie 58/1 (P).  We like this polled female for a lot of reasons. 

First, you have to appreciate her amazing build that is long, level, and thick ended all in an attractive red tinge and feminine package.

Secondly, Leslie is sired by JDH Sir Cornerstone Manso who is also the sire of our show bull, PCC Back to the Future 570/0, who was the 2021 International Calf Champion Bull, 2021 All American Reserve Grand Champion Bull, 2021 TJBA State Show Reserve Grand Champion Bull, and most recently the Kick Off Classic Junior Champion.  JDH Sir Cornerstone Manso is a son of the Vanguard Sire (+)JDH Sir Liberty Manso and out of a daughter of JDH Sir Gates Manso.  There has been a lot of interest in Cornerstone and as a result we wanted to offer a daughter of his however, this is the only offspring by him selling!

The dam to Leslie is a homozygous polled female thar we purchased from Southern Cattle Company.  Layla is sired by +Mr. V8 279/7 and out of a daughter of Mr. V8 135/7 “The Butler”.

For those who are in pursuit of raising the “all around” perfect animal they will appreciate that Leslie ranks in the top 5% of the breed for Marbling EPD only adding value as a breeding piece.
