Polled Foundation is sired by the popular ECC El Caporal who is a son of the famous LMC Polled Sambo bull who is one or the longest and thickest DOUBLE POLLED sires in the Brahman World. His dam, “Samantha” is one of very few polled cows in the prestigious Register of Renown.
Caporal semen has sold into four continents. His dam is a big boned, good looking cow that goes back to Karu, Double Take and Remington, three great sires that have had a big impact on the breed. On the bottom side, this heifer’s dam started the England Polled Program when they bought ½ interest in her from LMC - LMC Polled Crickett who is an capacious, dark pigmented +LMC LF Ambassador out of a great LMC WFF Pistolero cow (full sib to LMC Poll Aussie) out of the super productive Donna donor cow now owned by 4F and ECC. Indeed she comes from one of the more productive POLLED cow families in the business today.
Polled Foundation qualifies for the all of the ECC and LMC Junior benefits which include two units of semen per year to AI this heifer to if a junior buys her until they graduate from high school. Mike and Carlos have gone to the last five All Americans and have been very impressed with the enthusiasm of our juniors.
