Lot 25 SELLING: 10 Units of Semen on LMC 6G Red Rock - Polled Purebred Simbrah Bull. Selling by the unit x 10 in $10 increments.

Final price is 10 times the bid price.

LMC 6G Red Rock is the 2012 International Champion Bull in Houston and was born in April of 2011.  Red Rock is sired by the 2009 Grand Champion Simbrah Bull in San Antonio, LMC HS Rocco and out of the famous LMC WFC Ms Dream Girl donor.

Dream Girl was the 2009 National and International Champion Purebred Simbrah Female, as well as the 2010 National Champion Female and won the $10,000 San Antonio Jr. Heifer Show Scholarship for Jordan Grahmann.  Those are just a few of her championships and now she is producing major champions herself.  The first three females in Dream Girl’s pedigree on the maternal side are LMC Miss Diva, LMC Oprah and LMC Knockout Muneca 5M/9 with the fourth being the productive LMC Moneymaker 5D/98 cow that started it all.  Diva, Oprah and 5M/9 are all being flushed by their owners with plenty of success as we have had with Dream Girl herself.  We are proud of their influence on the breed and as always, we share our very best with the breed.

The LMC HS Rocco bull is sired by the legendary LMC EF JW Black bull and out of the gorgeous PRR Morning Star donor.  Unfortunately all three of these cattle are no longer with us, however prior to their passing their influence had and is still having a significant impact on the breed.  Rocco's paternal grand sire was a solid red Simmental bull named PMS Second Coat that produced some great cattle for us before being struck by lightning.   Rocco's paternal grand dam is the $10,000 Joslin cow that is in the Van Meter and Pigeon Mountain herd in Georgia.  Rocco has sired some exciting cattle, including LMC TLZ Loretta who was the 2011 Reserve Champion Simbrah Female at the Houston Jr. Show and is now in the elite Smith Farms herd up in Denton.  Rocco is also the sire to RGV Cattle Company’s LMC LF Bosco bull who is producing some really good cattle including the 2014 MAS Sale Topper RGV LN Hope, who is a gorgeous solid red donor prospect.  Rocco and his sire LMC EF JW Black did as good a job of modernizing the look of these Simbrah's by giving them a sleek front end while retaining that thick rear end and primarily putting a dark red or black hair coat on their cattle.

The Morning Star cow was sired by HR Power House I and out of the timeless LM She Moves donor who at 10+ years of age still looks like a show cow fresh off the show road.  Morning Star's full brothers Red and Black Bullet were the 2005 and 2006 International Champion Bulls while another, PRR Red Ammo was the 2006 Reserve International Champion Bull in Houston.  Morning Star went on to produce lots of good-looking Simbrah cattle including LMC HS Marilana (back to back Reserve Champion Female at the Ft. Worth Jr. Show for Braden Raub), BCC/CHCC Powerman (International and National Champion Bull in separate years for Baring Cattle Company and Honeycutt Simbrah) and PRR Zeena the Reserve Grand Champion Female at the 2010 Houston Jr. Simbrah Show for Emily Mullins.  As you can see both the top and bottom sides of Red Rock's pedigree are packed full of some of Simbrah's most elite and productive individuals.

Red Rock packs that dark red skin full of meat and muscle in an extended and attractive package.  He stands on good substance of bone, is bold sprung and has a long front end with little dewlap on that neck.  He was an exciting calf that developed into the 2012 International Champion and Reserve National Champion Bull.  His first semen package sold for $1,250 to Santos Escobar at less than a year of age and as the owner of LMC Johnnie Walker and numerous other champions including LMC LN Blackberry, Mr. Escobar knows the great ones.  We have used Red Rock both in our embryo transfer program and by natural service.

Another solid opportunity to add elite genetics to your herd here in the Red Rock semen package that has proven he can produce thick and attractive cattle just as those in his pedigree have time and time again.  Red Rock is well bred, unique in his lines and offers plenty of thickness for all that look you will be getting.  He  worked well for us in our embryo transfer program and both his bulls and heifers have added consumer demand both in our online and private treaty sales.

We sold him a couple of years ago to Josh Harris who has also had great success with him, is keeping several of his daughters and has decided to sell the bull along with his inventory of  50 units of semen stored at Bovine Elite. Red Rock just turned six this month so is just now entering the prime of his life. Please call Josh at 318 751 5168 if interested in buying Red Rock. He is a MAJOR LEAGUE HERD SIRE.

In today’s IVF world, a breeder can produce lots of ET Calves with very little semen so we hope that you study all of the semen lots in this sale as any one of them will assist the most progressive of breeders in blackening their bottom line, creating awareness for their next calf crop and improving their herds like these bulls have done for our program and breeders from all over the world that are using them.

THANK YOU for your support !!!
