This package will include the preparation of the following documents for Husband and Wife*:
1. “Simple” Last Will & Testament**;
2. Designation of Guardian;
3. Directive to Physicians;
4. Medical Power of Attorney; and,
5. Statutory Durable Power of Attorney.
*Purchase of item does not constitute formation of Attorney/Client relationship. Consultation between Buyer and Law Firm must occur before any Attorney/Client relationship begins to ensure that the Law Firm can handle the Potential Client’s needs competently and to ensure that the Potential Client is satisfied with the Attorney providing the services. Potential representation is also conditioned upon no conflicts of interest between Buyer and Law Firm. The Law Firm will not provide any advice regarding tax consequences of any document prepared and encourages any potential buyer to consult with their Certified Public Accountant before executing any of the documents which may be prepared.
**Married Couple should have an estimated community estate value of less than Twenty Million Dollars and have no other issues which would necessitate trusts, special needs trusts, etc.
***Purchase price will be refunded by The Brahman Foundation if documents are unable to be prepared by Law Firm.
