SHARING OUR BEST for TBF !! LMC ECC Polled Honor is the pick of the LMC ECC Calf crop. She has MAMA COW written all over her, is DOUBLE POLLED, rich in pigment, breed character, femininity, pedigree clout and potential. She is sired by LMC Polled Integrity, a son of our Register of Renown +LMC LF Ambassador who has done it all for us. As you can see in his photo below, he is super long, deep, correct, big nutted, beefy and is smooth polled. His dam produced six herd bulls in a row for us. She is now owned by Ryan Robinson.
Polled Honor is line bred with her dam also sired by +LMC LF Ambassador. Her dam and maternal grand dam are two of the best looking polled cows in the breed. Grandma is a full sib to the popular LMC Poll Aussie that we own with the Schneiders. We sold Polled Honor’s maternal brother to Ozell Holland for $5,000. Great herds are built around great cow families. This is one of our very best going back to the great Donna cow who has raised lots of good ones for LMC, ECC and 4F including last year’s Grand Champion RGV Brahman steer.
Mike and I have invested lots of hours, miles and resources in helping a great set of volunteers and donors create and grow The Brahman Foundation (TBF). It is doing a phenomenal job of creating new opportunities for our Brahman juniors. We have added scholarships, showmanship premiums, money drawings, motivational speakers, sponsored meals, queen’s stipends and educational speakers to the All American for the past three years. We also support all Jr. State Brahman shows that ask for support. One of our proudest new junior programs has been the success of our three AJBA-TBF Summer Camps held at Texas A&M, Mississippi State and McNeese State. They are awesome educational and fun experiences. TBF helps all of the participants with their travel. TBF is designed to grow the Brahman breed with the best yet to come.
