Alexa is a solid black purebred with a tremendous pedigree and balanced look. She stands on a good foot, nice substance of bone and tracks out comfortably. Her natural thickness is desirable, has good capacity and is wide based. Alexa ties all this into a smooth shoulder blade, extended front end and a feminine look throughout each portion of her body. This January baby doll should develop into a nice brood cow once her show career is done if the new buyer decides to show her.
Alexa’s sire, LMC LF Dream Maker was sired by the WS Beef Maker R13 bull, a purebred Simmental bull with exceptional EPD’s. Dream Maker himself is in the Top 1% for API and TI, as well as in the Top 3% for Calving Ease and Weaning Weight. Alexa’s paternal granddam is the famous LMC WFC Ms. Dream Girl donor that was a many times major champion for Jordan Grahmann and still the best Simbrah cow we have ever seen. Our friends at Hensgens Bros. purchased a full brother to Alexa’s sire named LMC Making Dreams in a previous LMC GenePLUS Online Sale whose calves are exciting. Two sell as lots 21 & 22.
Alexa’s dam, Ms BETM Vanessa, is a direct daughter of the legendary LMC EF JW Black, whose semen starts at $1,500 per unit. Her maternal granddam is the many time champion donor, LM Swan. Both Swan and JW Black were productive individuals producing several cattle that had a positive impact on the breed. Alexa actually carries JW Black on both the top and bottom side of her pedigree. The Vanessa cow is a feminine, long sided female that crossed well with Dream Maker’s stout build. A state of the art pedigree with the look to back it up.
Alexa is eligible for the La Muneca Junior Program that hosts an educational field day the first weekend October that features a judging contest, several great speakers on various topics, the LMC Futurity and Customer Appreciation Dinner. As well as a number of other benefits including the opportunity to utilize 2 units of semen from our world-renowned bull battery to breed your La Muneca female to until you graduate from high school. Further explained in Lot 17.
BETM and La Muneca are reserving the right to one flush or half of two flushes with a guarantee of 5 embryos and 2 pregnancies, with the work being done by a certified embryologist at the seller’s expense.
