We could write a book about this heifer and her cow family that goes back to the 2000 National Champion Cow +JDH Marri Holly Manso. Together with the Schneiders, we flushed her Datapack daughter to Pistolero and produced LMC +S Polled Madonna that when flushed to Ambassador = LMC GOLDEN CROSS produced Polled Passion. This is a very productive and profitable cow family. We sold Polled Madonna to ECC & K-K for $33,500. LMC Polled Ten, a daughter of Polled Passion topped the 2017 International ABBA Sale selling for $19,000 to the Chuck Sellman family.
Polled Passion was the 2016 Reserve International Champion cow and has produced lots of good ones out of five different sires. Her progeny are averaging over $15,000 with herd sires in the Toby Cantu, La Estancia and LMC- Flores Cattle Co. herds plus donor daughters in the Toby Cantu, Doug Townsend, Phillip Cattle Co., Nic Vondenstein and Macke Simpson herds. She has also produced a great set of heifer calves for Ryan Robinson in a flush he bought with some coming soon for Phillip Cattle Co. in another flush we sold.
Looking at the heifer, one can not help but be impressed with the balance of muscle, power and femininity she offers. She has lots of pigment, breed character and that WOW look. She is Passion’s natural calf from last year. Her sire “Polled Phenom” is a full brother to V8 “Noble”. Phenom (Lot 3) is being used by many of today’s progressive breeders because they like the TOTALITY of his progeny. This heifer offers Pedigree Clout, Productivity, Performance, Power and is PRETTY !! She is a PRE-SALE favorite and rightfully so !!
