Grade 6 - RABBITS - My name isJoshua Limmer and I am twelve years old. I’m in 6th grade homeschool.
I have been a member of Elliot 4-H club for four years. My project is market rabbits. In Robertson County, we breed our own rabbits and raise them from birth. The breed of my rabbits is Californian. I’ve owned my breeders for three years. I take care of my rabbits year round. I feed my rabbits every morning and evening. I keep fresh water in their water bottles. I also keep their cages and barn clean. I feed my rabbits Manna Pro which is 16% protein. I bred my rabbits in December and the kits were born in January. I have kept them well fed and clean. I have played with them and brushed their fur. I have checked their eyes,ears,and teeth to make sure they are healthy. I have learned not to give up, and that caring for animals is a lot of work.
