Lot 15 - Miss Dubina Rose 281/9 - Replacement Heifer

Miss Dubina Rose 281/9 has been the pick by most everyone who has come to see the Fall 2019 calves.  This is not hard to believe with her dark pigmented, moderate framed, sound structured, deep ribbed, and heavy muscled build.  The dam to 281/9 is Miss Dubina Rose 103/2 who sells as lot 4 in this sale.  If you read the highlights of 103/2 you realize that she is a former show heifer and donor for our operation and The Bennett Family.  103/2 is sired by the popular +#JADL Rey TE who Alfredo Muskus imported from Mexico and since has sired winners around the globe.  The dam to 103/2 is Miss V8 316/6 a foundation female in our program and a full sister to Mr. V8 815/5 “Tommy Bahama” that was sired by +Mr. V8 287/5 “Superstroke” the most influential sire in the breed from 2000-2010 due to his success of siring champions and out of +Miss V8 983/3 one of the influential dams for V8 Ranch who has 61 progeny to her credit including 5 significant herd sires and 9 known donor dams.  We strategically mated 103/2 to the Register of Renown Sire +JDH Martin Manso 879/3 to create the same cross that produced Mr. RB 354/4 “Ring King” who was a National Champion, Reserve International Champion and ABBA Show Bull, and Miss RB 591/2 “Emma Prince” an All American Champion.  We think the cross worked extremely well and in addition to the beautiful phenotype this mating created a genetic profile that is moderate for birth weight, ranks in the top 1/3 of the breed for WW & YW, and in the top 20% for Milk and REA.  We hope you find the same value in this female that we do and that she goes to a good home to further their program.  She’s special!
