He is halter broke.  JDH Lady Manso 549's dam 300/2, was a cornerstone breeding piece in our program and her sire was the 1995 International Grand Champion bull, Copano.  549's sire, JDH Mr Manso 854/4 has sired National Champions in Mexico for Enrique Sanchez and is a full brother to the 2014 National Grand Champion Bull, "The Graduate" Manso 840 here in the states.  Manso 156's sire is the world renown, + JDH Charley's Jazz, 946/1, who has been a breed changer worldwide.
