Sloan Williams’ F-1 herd is without a doubt one of the highest quality Brahman x Hereford F1 herds in existence. It is a closed herd from which he never sells. We constantly get calls from people asking for F1 females from Sloan’s herd, and those people are constantly let down because he just doesn’t sell his F1 heifers. In fact, he and Mollie keep every single F1 female produced to serve as replacements in their 1200 head commercial herd. We often joke around herethat it would be easier to buy the best registered Brahman female on the ranch than it would be to try to buy one of Sloan’s precious F1 heifers.

When the AJBA added a new F-1 heifer show at the All American, that call frequency from friends wanting to get into our F1 herd started expanding greatly. So as a new offering in our internet sale, we decided to offer Pick of The V8 Ranch F1 Heifers. We feel that this offering will be a sale highlight. If you are looking for a fancy F1 show heifer prospect, or even a potential donor for a Braford breeding up program, now is the chance. These females will be 1/2 Brahman and 1/2 Hereford. There are approximately 20 females that are already weaned (featured in video online) and approximately another 10 still on the cows.
