Polled Traveler has looked good all of his life. We sent him as a calf to our partner Joey Ledbetter in Batesville, MS to have a few bulls to market in that part of the Brahman World.
Traveler is sired by LMC Polled Baron (see photo below), one of most phenotypically perfect bulls we have produced that we sold for $10,000 to Glen Koelemay, one of the oldest tenured Polled breeders in the USA. He is in his 80’s now and has his herd for sale if interested. He is from Nome, TX. These cattle are very functional with many generations of polled breeding. Polled Baron is a full sib to Polled Integrity and several other herd bulls.
Polled Travelers dam is a JD Hudgins cow (see photo below) built like a bank vault that has produced two other champion herd bulls for Kemper Cattle Co. from Florida and JD Sartwelle IV. The Kempfer bull, LMC Polled Boss sired three of the top selling bulls in their bull sale last year.
