Lot 13 - Miss Red V8 70/8

With Brandon and Rachel’s interest in red cattle, they have been striving to build a small, but elite herd of red Brahmans. Miss Red V8 70/8 is a product of that. She is an extremely feminine and attractive female that is structurally correct.

She is sired by BB Bronson 299/3 (a top X-Ray 825 son). Bronson sired the Grand AND Reserve Grand Champion red bulls at the World Brahman Congress in Panama. After seeing the quality and uniformity of those two bulls, Brandon and Rachel bought semen on Bronson upon arrival home from Panama. Miss Red V8 70/8 is out of LB Lady Birdie Manso 830/3, who we purchased from Locke Division of JDH to start our red program. Lady Birdie 830/3 is sired by the National Champion +VL Rojo Bravo 6/125 and out of a full sister to LB Derringer Manso 953/3. We bought Lady Birdie, along with two of her daughters. The first calf she had while she was at V8 was Mr. Red V8 241/7, who is the reigning 2014 Reserve International Champion Red Bull, for Miki. Buford.
