Selling: Five units of LMC LF Polled King semen with five ABBA AI certificates. Extra AI certificates will cost $100 per certificate. Semen is eligible for Australia. Selling by the unit x 5 in $10 increments. Certificates will be released to the name of the official buyer. Certificates are not transferable, nor can they be re-sold, traded or donated.
Polled King is bred to improve this great breed with a great pedigree with +LMC LF Ambassador and +MR V8 380/6 as his grand sires. Both bulls are the go to bulls for LMC and V8, two of the most progressive POLLED breeders in the Brahman World. The V8 380/6 is a record breaker when it comes to semen sale value per unit with recent online sales for $18,000 per unit. His cattle have been winning shows all over the Brahman world for several years and needless to say, he adds pedigree clout to any pedigree as his performance is at the top of the breed. Ambassador has done everyone who has used him a sound job of producing correct, docile, moderate, fertile cattle that can compete in all arenas as did his daughter, LMC Polled Passion when she won Reserve International Champion female in 2016. We flushed her to MR V8 139/7 (P/S) as a virgin heifer and have to say that it is one of the best ever litters of any breed ever produced at LMC. One heifer, LMC LF Polled Ten topped the ABBA Houston Sale last year selling for $19,500 to the Sellman Family. Another sold for $10,000 to Doug Townsend. We are keeping Polled Queen for a donor.
The two brothers are Polled Ace that we sold ½ interest to Toby Cantu. We are keeping Polled Jack for a herd bull and Polled King rounds out this great litter. We have flushed Polled Passion to Elijah, Polled Phenom and V8 279/7 and have excellent calves by all that we will be promoting this year. We also sold a $15,000 natural V8 212/3 daughter to Toby plus sold her dam to England and K-K Cattle Companies for $33,500 to top one of our sales last year. Polled Passion’s first four calves to sell have averaged $18,625. He won his class in SA, was Reserve Calf Champ, was second in Houston with full brothers being 4th and 6th in a big class plus won the RGV Show. He collected ET quality semen at 18 mos. of age and in his first flush fertilized 18 of 18 eggs. His dam was the product of a virgin flush as is he. We have already flushed his virgin sister Polled Queen so we are making genetic improvement as quick as we can. Most important, we are sharing it with the Brahman World.
