Grade 6 - LAMBS - My name is Austin Voss and I am in 6th grade at Franklin Middle School. This was my first year showing a lamb. I loved raising him. My lamb’s name is Oliver and I was going to show him at the Robertson county fair. I was showing Oliver to raise money for college. My dream is to study at Texas A&M to be a veterinarian. Raising Oliver helped teach me to be a responsible person. Making sure he was cared for, fed, worked with and walked daily were all important parts of raising a healthy show lamb.
