We purchased Vino as a young calf after he was Reserve calf champion at the RGVLS because we felt that like his sire, he had the potential to add bone, power, width and substance to our herd. I think we were right because as you can see in Delana and her paternal sibs in the sale, they sure do have some substance, bone and muscle, without sacrificing eye appeal. On the dam's side, Delana is out of our smooth polled VL Elena 2/101. 2/101 is an attractive, fertile, feminine, angular, good uddered Red Brahman female. 2/101 is sired by the great VL Rojo Elegante 44/7 herd bull for our good friends Alfredo and Josefina Muskus at Santa Elena Ranch.
