Sweet Home Alabama! Just an expression I like to say when I see something this exciting! Mr H Trip Manso 147/8 is a beautiful, dark featured bull that is big footed and big boned with tons of rib shape, length and muscling. His sire is JDH Mr Manso 751/6, “Feo”, making him a paternal brother to our 2019 International Reserve Calf Champion, Mr H Everett Manso 146/8. The dam of Trip 147/8 is none other than Lady H Lone Star Tori 173/4, an outstanding female that we sold to our good buddy Mr. Mark Jolly and is currently being used as a donor. You will recognize the sire side of Mr H Trip Manso 147/8 tracing back to the great =JDH Westin Manso 80/1 bull and the Register of Renown +JDH Atlas Manso 328/3 (personal favorite!), a sire for J.D. Hudgins. The dam side is equally as impressive. The 173/4 cow is sired by the two-time Central American Grand Champion bull, #SS Principe de Siguacan 87/8, easily one of the top (+)JDH Karu Manso 800 sons ever produced. Principe 87/8 has sired multiple champions here in the U.S. as well as Central and South American countries. Drop down to the mother of the 173/4 cow and you will find one of our greatest donors in the history of Heritage Cattle Company, the matriarch +Lady Heritage Manso 173, better known as the “Tori” cow. She will forever be remembered as the dam of +Mr H Maddox Manso 684, but has also produced several great ones including the National Champion Cow +Lady H Lanel Manso 911/6.
