Bidding will be February 24-28, 2010

Sale Procedure:
All bids must be submitted through www.cimauctions.com or sale staff. Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder, when its respected countdown clock reaches O seconds remaining. In order to allow every buyer the opportunity to bid, any bid received within the final 60 seconds of a lot, will result in the countdown clock resetting to 60 seconds.

Terms:
Cash. All cattle are to be paid in full before they are released. All other arrangements must be made prior to close of sale. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

Settlement:
50% payment is due by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Payments will be made to Carver Herefords. Remaining balance will be due at time of pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made with sale staff.

% interest lots:
Final bid price for % interest lots will equal the final sale price for the % sold. (What you bid is what you pay)
