The Elite Group of Females offered in this sale represent some of the most powerful and proven genetics in the Brahman breed. Sale lots will include an International Champion and Register of Renown Cow for IVF.

Terms of Sale:
Lots 1-10
Mature females are being offered for IVF only. IVF work to be done by TransOva Genetics. Seller is responsible for transporting females to and from TransOva. Buyer will be responsible for cost of IVF and associated boarding. Females will be available for IVF work between May 15th and July 15th 2014. Schneider Brahmans will provide Buyer option of using their semen for the IVF at no cost to Buyer (See bulls available on Schneider Brahman’s website). Embryo Certificates will be provided at no cost for the 1st four calves resulting from the IVF and at a cost of $100 per additional certificate.
Buyer is guaranteed a total of 4 transferable embryos. Guarantee is based on use of good quality semen approved by TransOva. There will be no guarantee if sexed or reverse sorted semen is used.
Lot 11-13
These lots include 3 Grade 1 quality embryos. Each lot will be 3 times the money of the bid. Embryos are located at Genuine Genetics, buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Seller will provide 3 embryo certificates per lot.
Lots 14-15
2 Registered, breeding age, grey Brahman heifers. Buyer will be responsible for transportation of the heifer. Delivery can be arranged at the cost of $3.50 a loaded mile. Heifers must be picked up no later than May 9, 2014, or be charged $5.00 a day thereafter for boarding.

This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 5PM and with four minutes left (4:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 5:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 4:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 5:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.

So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
