LMC Giving THANKS SALE

Dear LMC & Friends Giving THANKS Sale bidders!
As Sister and I celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and La Muneca Cattle Co. celebrates our 25th anniversary this fall, we have decided to start a new annual tradition of having an online sale with our friends with 100% of the proceeds being donated to various charities. Featured charities will be Jr. Breed Association Scholarship funds, the Linn San Manuel Volunteer Fire Department, St. Anne's Catholic Church, Brewster School PTO, LSM, Flores & Guerra Family Scholarship endowment funds plus several others.
We will be selling 25 lots of the best genetics in several breeds including Polled Brahman, Braunvieh, Polled Hereford, Simbrah, Simbravieh and Simmental. There will be ads, bulls, semen packages, semen tanks, embryos and flushes plus a trophy whitetail hunt on the Guerra Bros. ranch in South Texas.
A special THANKS goes out to all of our friends who are involved with this sale for donating some of their top genetics. We look for this sale to get better every year as more and more good folks see the goodness of this sale. I like the two sayings "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give" and "When we recognize that a better description of fund raising is friend raising, we open limitless doors to creativity in support of our causes."
We hope that this will be a Role Model sale that other breeders from other areas and other breeds will want to emulate to get more breeders to share their genetics and give back to our great industry and society. We extend our gratitude to everyone who has helped us along the way and to Tim & Erin Lockhart for their assistance with this project. The sale will be right before Thanksgiving, November 22-25, 2014.

This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 5PM and with four minutes left (4:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 5:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 4:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 5:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
