Live Like Johnny Organization Online Benefit Auction

On November 26th 2016, Johnny Callan, was tragically killed in a single car accident. He fell asleep while on his way to a stock show to do two of the things he loved most, show goats and represent his local FFA chapter.
Johnny found an outlet for much of his passion in our local community. He was steadfast in spiritual development. He was active in the FFA – and actually served in leadership positions from the local to area level. He even competed and accomplished a successful recognition at the state level by becoming a Texas FFA Ford Leadership Scholar (supported by Ford Motor Company and Texas Ford Dealers). He excelled academically. He was slated to be Valedictorian of his 2017 high school class. He was an active member of the Student Council, Beta Club, National Honor Society, National Society of High School Scholars, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, 4-H, and Future Business Leaders of America. He was involved because relationships were important to Johnny.
We are carrying out Johnny’s legacy through The Live Like Johnny Organization which supports the engagement of at-risk, underserved and often times overlooked young people who have a potential for personal and professional success. Our faith-based approach is designed to ignite the passion for living an extraordinary life … just like Johnny.
We target 3 key areas:
1. Scholarships to invest in the academic and career goals of those who are often left out or overlooked.
2. FFA Jackets to ensure students who may not be able to afford a jacket have the chance to belong to an organization which fuels dreams.
3. Mentor program to provide leadership training to make sure students have that extra word of encouragement when hope may be lost.
In Johnny’s short 17-years, he made a difference…. HE is still making a difference through the Live Like Johnny Organization. Lives are being touched, people are responding, and we are growing …

Close Out Process
This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
