Dear Brahman Breeders:

We want to welcome you to the first of many Kallion Farms & Trinity Cattle Foundation Online Sales.  For the past 20 years you have become familiar with Kallion Farms and their pursuit of excellence in the Brahman breed.  Since day one we have focused on producing functional cattle for the industry with an emphasis on carcass quality, feed efficiency, docility, fertility, structural soundness and overall efficient production.  Although this sale consists of the cattle that you would expect from Kallion Farms we are embarking on a new front where we are providing young people an opportunity to show an animal, learn responsibility, and most importantly an appreciation for production agriculture.  In 2018 we started the Trinity Cattle Foundation to be able to provide this opportunity.  With little exposure we received unbelievable response by other participating partners who will help us support this effort.  This sale includes four heifers that have been raised by students from Still Creek Ranch in Bryan, Texas.  These students received a weaned heifer calf and have halter broken it, cared for it, and shown it.  These animals are now being sold in this sale with the proceeds being placed in a scholarship fund for these students to continue their education.

The Trinity Cattle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides high caliber calves to deserving youth throughout our communities.  We are striving to present a new approach to the show ring.  While the show ring provides an amazing platform for a student to work hard through an agricultural process, one glaring flaw remains.  Many deserving students cannot afford to purchase a high caliber calf to even begin this process.  Trinity Cattle Foundation aims to fix this.

Trinity identifies and works with organizations where these needs are clearly quantified and students are residing in an environment that will be supportive of their efforts.

Donated funds purchase 3rd party calves that are registered to and become the responsibility of deserving students.

Trinity staff works with these organizations to mentor students through the process and provide educational opportunities along the way.

At the conclusion of the show season the heifers are sold at an auction hosted by a 3rd party where the proceeds are awarded to and earmarked for future education of the participating student.

To further assist these young people in this sale add ons can be pledged in any dollar amount and can be made in general or attached to a specific Lot.  Please contact us directly at 409-651-5507 or through our website at www.trinitycattlefoundation.org.

We greatly appreciate your interest in this sale and the Trinity Cattle Foundation.  If we can answer any questions or provide additional information please let us know.
