Close Out Process

All In - All Done Sale

This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 5PM and with four minutes left (4:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 5:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 4:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 5:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.

TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or good check payable to Forgason Cattle Company, paid in full immediately following the sale and before any cattle are released. JUNIORS: All haltered heifers that are purchased for showing in the fall majors MUST be transferred by November 1, 2014.  Please remember this and make payments promptly so all paper work and transfers can be turned in on time. Bank wires will be accepted but with all banking charges paid by the buyer.

Any other forms of payment or when payment can be made must be approved by Forgason Cattle Company before bidding closes on all sale lots.

 

Terms of Sale

***FCC is reserving one flush at the buyer’s convenience on all heifer sale lots offered today. ***

LIABILITY: All animals become the buyer's responsibility at close of bidding. Forgason Cattle Company and their personnel will make every effort to provide safety for all animals sold until time of pick up.
REGISTRATION & TRANSFER: All animals sold will be transferred at the seller's expense through the ABBA upon payment in full. AI Certificates are the expense of the buyers at the current ABBA value at the time of release.
TRANSPORTATION: All transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer from Hungerford, Texas  All animals should be transported immediately following the end of the sale October 23rd.  Any animal not able to be picked up by Sunday October 27th, feed charges per day will start at a rate of $5.00/day until arrangements are made and confirmed.
HEALTH: Every animal in the sale will be respresented by a state approved health certificate for interstate shipping. Cattle in the state of Texas are certified free of TB and Brucellosis. All sale cattle were dewormed prior to sale with Safeguard paste.
BREEDING GAURANTEE: All lots that state animal is bred will be gauranteed safe in calf.  Any lots that have never been exposed and prove to be a nonbreeder, seller has the right to try the animal for 6 months, if breeds, animal will be returned with all expenses paid by the buyer, if not, Forgason Cattle will offer a replacement animal of the same value, given the animal returned is in good condition and shows a negative trichomoniasis test.
CATTLE FOR EXPORT: All cattle sold for export must be paid in full following the sale and no later than the close of business October 31st.  Any bank wires used for payment, buyer assumes all bank charges.  Export Testing expenses will be paid by the seller with feed expenses the responsibility of the buyer starting November 20th, feed charges will be at rate of $5/head/day till animal exports.
SEMEN SALES:  All semen sold will not be released until payment is made in full.  Once paid, all semen will be transferred to an account in the buyer's name at either Brushy Creek Custom Sires or Elgin Breeding Services (buyer's choice) til time of shipping with all storage charges from the facility paid by buyer.
