Infinity Cattle Services "All That Glitters" Online Sale - 2024
Location
Dear Brahman Enthusiasts:
Happy New Year!!! Several times during the year when there is an interest, we organize these multiple consignor sales to assist breeders, primarily in our network, with the opportunity to market their genetics. I greatly appreciate the consignors digging deep and consigning animals and genetics that should be well received and beneficial to the buyers. I encourage you to take advantage of these offerings as many of them are exclusive and great opportunities to purchase some of the most proven & popular genetics in the breed. I have tried to provide you with as much information as possible on the lots to help make your selections. However, if you have any questions or need assistance, I hope that you will contact me or any of the consignors.
The following sale terms apply to this online sale:
Every animal in this sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. Bred females will be considered breeders without further guarantee. Buyer has 30 days from the date of the sale to have an accredited veterinarian check pregnancy status of bred females. Open or exposed females will be guaranteed by the seller to be a breeder for a maximum of one year following the sale date or for young heifers until they reach two years of age. If an animal fails to breed during the previously established time limit, it may be returned to the seller in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months and if it proves to be a breeder, return it at the buyer’s expense. If the animal proves to be a nonbreeder, an animal of comparable rank or credit on the purchase of another animal will be offered. If heifers are aspirated prior to being bred there is NO breeding guarantee. All cattle in this sale are deemed sound and fit by the seller’s eye. If cattle are purchased for foreign export, cattle are sold “As Is” and the buyer will take full responsibility of animal, unless prior agreements are made before final bid is made.
In this sale SEXED female semen and embryos are being offered. This semen and the semen used to create the embryos was properly processed to create female progeny but due to a small chance of the sort not working the sex of the resulting calf cannot be guaranteed.
Once a bid is made and confirmed, it cannot be retracted. Once a bidder places a bid, and if the bid is the high/winning bid, the bidder is obligated to purchase the lot at the bid price. Any winning bidder who refuses to pay for a lot may be banned from all future online auctions and other needed actions will be taken.
Placing a high/winning bid is a binding contract between the bidder and the owner/seller.
The cattle are located at the individual ranches of the consignors. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyer’s registered e-mail address within 48 hours after the close of bidding. This e-mail will include the lot(s) purchased. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 48 hours after the close of the auction, please contact Sale Manager Chris Shivers, at 713-202-1747 or infinitycattleservices@gmail.com. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to contact the seller to arrange pick-up which should occur within 10 days of the sale unless otherwise negotiated with the seller. It is expected that any animals not picked up within ten days after the sale without pre-arrangement with the seller, buyer will be charged $5/day.
Hauling of the live cattle can be arranged.
Health papers can be provided on request. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer's expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements, etc.
Once payment is received, the registration certificates will be transferred to the buyer. Once payment is received the genetic lots will be released to the buyer at the facility where they are being stored. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of the genetics.
The sale will be conducted through the All in All Done Format that is described below. This is an internet sale which means that things can potentially go wrong. We encourage you to refresh your page frequently especially if you are using a mobile device, and all of a sudden the timer indicates that the sale has “Expired”. Many times if you refresh you will see that the sale is still ongoing.
Appreciatively,
Chris Shivers

So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
