Dear friends and cattle enthusiasts,
From everyone at HK Cattle, we are pleased to offer these sale lots for “Dinah’s Red Diamond Collection!” These Red Brahmans originate from the very best genetics of elite and powerful Red Brahman donor dams and Red Brahman herd bulls that are being used and have been used around the world. These cattle represent breeding accomplishments from intense selections and generations of proven genetics. HK Cattle started in 1988 from HK Ranch and from that time on, the show ring has never been the emphasis, although many champions were bred using HK Cattle genetics. The offerings today are not now show cattle, but many of them would compete and their offspring wherever they are born, will compete in the show ring and in the pasture. These are pure pedigrees that are not replicated in any other herd. Majority of the sale offerings have undergone the Feed Efficiency Test at the Genetic Development Center. Information on their results will be included on their individual pages. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to review our sale offerings. Sale lots are in order by sire groups. Visitors are welcomed to view the cattle in person by appointment only and our sale consultants can answer questions that you have.
The following sale terms and conditions apply for the 2020 STgenetics Brahman and HK Cattle Online Heifer Sale:
TERMS OF SALE: All cattle are to be settled with by check, credit card or cash, PRIOR to load out, unless payment arrangements have been PRE-APPROVED by sale management in writing. Cattle will not be released from sale premises until payment is received in full. All sales are done under the terms and conditions set forth at www.stgen.com, unless superseded by a sale, license, lease or other written agreement between the parties that is applicable to this transaction, in which case the terms and conditions are determined according to such written agreement.
NOTE: Cattle, if exported, are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion is contrary to U.S. law. Cattle sold for export to foreign countries must, by state law, be officially tested for the disease required by that country after the sale is made at the expense of purchaser. Cattle are sold “AS IS” without any warranties or guarantees.
BIDDING: Each sale offering will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. The sale manager will settle any disputes to bids and his or her decision on such matters shall be final.
SIGHT-UNSEEN PURCHASES: HK Cattle and Sexing Technologies are not responsible for cattle purchased sight-unseen. Purchaser will take responsibility of the cattle “AS IS” once payment is received. If you are unable to view sale offerings and would like additional information, please contact sale management. The 2020 HK Cattle’s Dinah’s Red Diamonds Sale will be broadcasted on CattleinMotion.com. Bids will be handled in confidence with satisfaction guaranteed.
IDENTIFICATION: Seller offers each animal with a holding brand and individual private herd number. Buyer is responsible to check brands for accuracy.
CERTIFICATRE OF REGISTRY: A transfer of ownership will be furnished to purchaser for each registered animal once proper settlement has been made. Please provide full name, address and association membership account number when making payment to insure properly transferred ownership.
LIABILITY: HK Cattle and Sexing Technologies assume no liability for accidents or injuries that occur on premises. All persons who visit the facilities to view live cattle do so at their own risk.
HEALTH INFORMATION: All animals sold are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
CATTLE LOADOUT: The buyer is responsible for coordination of all shipping and transportation arrangements at their cost. Cattle can be loaded out after the payment has been received.

Close Out Process
This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
