Thank you for stopping by! We greatly appreciate your interest in our first-ever “Rio Queens” Elite Heifer Sale. An offering 10-plus years in the making, we are proud to present to you our ALL POLLED lineup featuring our best and most in-demand genetics.
Earlier this year we celebrated our 10th anniversary in the registered, Polled Brahman business. Our goal since day one has been to produce good, quality cattle that are Polled. Over the years, we have been successful with crossing our initial horned cowherd base with the best Polled bulls we could get our hands on — the outcome is the best of both worlds.
Today we are respected around the world as one of the most progressive Polled Brahman operations, with our genetics spanning across the United States, along with Africa, Australia, Mexico and Thailand. In 2021, England Cattle Co. was recognized as the No. 1 “Brahman Operation with the Most Polled and Scurred Registrations” in the USA, published in the April Edition of The Brahman Journal. In addition, four of the Top 10 Producing Polled Grey dams and three of the Top 10 Producing Polled Grey sires in the USA, to date, are owned or co-owned by England Cattle Co.

BIDDING
Each animal on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder. Prospective buyers MUST register to bid online on cattleinmotion.com prior to sale time. For registration assistance, contact 888.554.8437 or email info@cattleinmotion.com.
TERMS
All sales are final and payment is due immediately following the sale, upon receipt. All purchases will be settled for in U.S. funds by cash, cashier’s check, personal check with bank letter of guarantee, or bank draft. Checks must be made payable to England Cattle Co. Buyer’s account must be paid in full before the animal leaves England Cattle Co. Unpaid accounts are billed 14% interest, beginning 30 days after the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made.
BREEDERS GUARANTEE
Every animal in this sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. If an animal fails to breed it may be returned to the seller in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months and if it proves to be a breeder, return it at the buyer’s expense. If the animal proves to be a non-breeder, an animal of comparable rank or credit toward the purchase of another animal will be offered. No cash refunds are given.
TRANSPORTATION
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all shipping and transportation arrangements. All cattle must be picked up from ECC within 30 days of the sale. Any cattle left at ECC after 30 days will be subject to a daily feeding and management charge of $15 per day, unless prior arrangement have been made. Cattle purchased within a 150 mile radius of Mercedes, Texas will be delivered at no charge. We greatly appreciate our generous bidders and buyers. Contact sale management to discuss additional shipping arrangements.
HEALTH
All necessary health papers will be furnished in order for the cattle to be shipped nationwide.
LIABILITIES
Ownership of the animal transfers at the time of sale and buyer bears the risk of injury, disease or death. England Cattle Co. or sale management accepts no liability for the animals after they are sold.
LOT-SPECIFIC TERMS
Lots 1-7: ECC reserves the right to one (1) flush or the split of two (2) flushes, minimum of six (6) embryos, on all heifers in the sale.
Lot 6: Heifer to remain in ECC’s possession until weaned in mid-October. Started on halter, 45 days.
Lots 8-10: All semen sales are for in-herd AI and ET use, only. Semen sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon calving, ECC will provide buyers with a maximum of five (5) certificates. Additional certificates may be purchased for $100 per certificate.
AUCTION FORMAT
This is a two-day, online-only sale. The sale will open at 8 AM on Wednesday, Sept. 29 and will close at 7 PM on Thursday, Sept. 30. This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format. With this close out, as the time counts down, No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. This process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
