This is a “once in a lifetime” opportunity to acquire these genetics never offered at a sale or on-line auction.  Our program goes back almost 20 years of careful selection for a total package, not just concentrating on a single longhorn trait.  Disposition and production have always been at the top of our selection process. These are not “trader cattle” but rather the product of a planned program based upon all the breed’s valuable qualities.

Terms & Condition of sale:

1. Sellars are active members of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America and will be compliant with TLBA’s rules as sellers. Sellers will provide registration certificates transferred into Buyer’s name and all breeding information for 2019 calves.
2. Sellers guarantee all yearlings to be breeders in case they do not calve from the 2018 exposure to the bull.  All older females are known breeders from previous calf/calves.
3. The health of all animals is guaranteed.
4. Upon sale of animal and payment in full, sellers will provide the necessary health papers for transport to buyer’s state.
5. Buyer may take possession of animal as soon as payment in full.  Animals may also board at McGuire Land and Cattle Co until buyer can plan for taking possession.  The rate of boarding can be found at http://www.mcguirelc.com. 
6. The location of all sale lots is McGuire Land & Cattle, 6650 John Wayne, Perry, OK 73077.  Feel free to call Matt @ 405-742-4351 or Charlene Semkin @ 520-907-3088 for any questions or further information on any of the lots.
7. All sales are cash or checks made out to McGuire Land and Cattle and sent to the above address.  Payment is due and payable upon end of sale.
8. All sales are final.

Close Out Process

This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
