This philosophy and reality has molded our breeding decisions for over three decades, and has created a herd of 50 beautiful & prolific broods… all with butt, body, and balance. We proudly cultivate the female with the stellar calf at side, no matter what the current trends are. For over 30 years we have been sticklers on production, carcass, and of course, structure, rib, and muscle. Never forget that cattle are bought and sold on visual appraisal in all levels of our industry, and most of the time….are paid on pounds. It’s so rewarding to have great performance beef cattle become trend setters in every region of our nation in the showring as well. No sire has ever trended so much success for us than, Ayres Montana Upgrade 248. He combines 3 of our best cowlines, and throws cattle that are not only flawless in their design, but also are big topped, big ended, and soft middled. They’re super gentle too, and amazingly long and clean fronted…scoring them a bigtime look no matter the arena! His first daughters are now in production, and as Trista Bates from Manhattan, MT, knows, who purchased Ayres Alexenia 440, in our 2010 sale, who found the backdrop numerous times including your Res Champion ROV Jr Yearling of 2011-12, Res Champion American Royal ROV, the two time MT Beef Expo Champ, and this year as a Cow/Calf…they are AWESOME cows too!

Close Out Process
This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
